We call him Ebbot and he understands over 100+ languages, can see the contextual logic between several sentences in a conversation, can remember conversations, and can integrate with systems to create an even better experience.

We believe chatbots works best in collaboration with human agents. The purpose of Ebbot is to free up time for human agents to do their job better. That is why we also built a state of the art Livechat tool that incorporates Ebbot's AI functionality.
